Step 1: Browse and Select Products
- Visit the catalog on homepage and choose products by category.
- Use plus/minus quantity controls to add items to cart.
Step 2: Open Cart and Review
- Review selected products, quantity, and total payable amount in INR.
- Remove or adjust quantity before placing order.
Step 3: Enter Customer and Delivery Details
- Provide full name, phone number, and complete delivery address.
- Enable location if prompted to verify delivery eligibility in service radius.
Step 4: Place Order
- Click Place Order after validating cart and delivery details.
- Order ID is generated and shown to customer.
Step 5: Complete Payment
- Paytm secure checkout opens for UPI/app payment.
- Payment status is verified against the transaction response.
Step 6: Confirmation and Support
- On success, order confirmation is shown and customer can track order status.
- Support is available via phone/WhatsApp for delivery or payment issues.

- Delivery is currently service-area dependent and may require location verification.
- Refunds/cancellations follow the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
