These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website/app or any transaction shall be subject to the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
2. User Eligibility and Account Information
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address during checkout.
- You agree that incomplete or incorrect details may delay or cancel order fulfillment.
3. Product, Pricing, and Availability
- Product images are representative. Natural variation in plant size, shape, and color may occur.
- Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of charges as displayed at checkout.
- Availability is subject to stock and local delivery feasibility.
4. Delivery and Service Area
- Primary delivery radius is up to 15 km from Pragya Nursery, Greater Noida West.
- Orders outside service coverage may be rejected or rescheduled after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Paytm/UPI and supported channels shown at checkout.
- An order is treated as confirmed only after successful payment authorization or explicit merchant confirmation for COD/manual flow where applicable.
6. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customer cancellation is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website.
7. Order Cancellation by Merchant
Pragya Nursery may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, unverifiable details, failed payment, or force majeure. In such cases, refund (if any) will be processed as per policy.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand assets, text, logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and website content are owned by or licensed to Pragya Nursery. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Pragya Nursery is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of website/app use or product purchase.
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value paid for the affected order.
10. Prohibited Use
