Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation request window: up to 2 hours from order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Requests after dispatch or after delivery attempt may not be eligible for full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be raised by phone or WhatsApp using the registered order details.
2. Cancellation by Merchant
Pragya Nursery may cancel an order due to stock outage, unverifiable address, failed payment authorization, service area limitations, or unavoidable operational issues. Eligible amounts are refunded as below.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund for successful cancellation within the defined window and before dispatch.
- If plant quality or wrong item issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof, replacement or partial/full refund may be offered after verification.
- No refund for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, delayed planting, or non-adherence to care instructions.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refund is processed to the original payment source whenever technically possible.
- If original source refund is unavailable, refund may be processed by bank transfer or UPI to verified beneficiary details.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund initiation timeline: 1 to 3 business days after approval.
- Settlement timeline: typically 3 to 7 business days depending on payment rail/bank.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect address/contact details provided by customer leading to failed delivery.
- Unavailability at delivery location after dispatch and repeated contact attempts.
- Custom/bulk orders procured specifically on customer request unless merchant confirms otherwise.
